A weblog and public forum for the long suffering commuter and general traveller. Its time to be heard and let the government, management, staff and unions know what we think. We aim to create a cohesive group to represent the views of the most important people on the London Underground System, The CUSTOMERS ... because that is what we are and we deserve better.
I would like to say a big well done to London Underground for the smooth and excellent operation of the tube during the Olympics ad Paralympics. I even saw LU staff smiling and being friendly. Keep it up.
